Minimum Requirements

The Field Sales Manager at Magna Foodservice will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing and expanding customer relationships across diverse sectors including QSRs, cafes, and retail outlets. A key aspect of the role involves analysing potential clients’ menus to tailor product offerings effectively. As the company grows, this position may also involve training and overseeing a sales team, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and optimizing sales strategies to meet the company’s goals and client needs.

Required Skills

    Deep understanding of the industry and market trends with proven skills of analysing and strategizing based on data.
    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with the capability to train and mentor a sales team.
    Possess a clean driving license to ensure reliable transportation for customer visits and territory management. Additionally, deep geographical knowledge is crucial for efficient planning.
    Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
    Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Minimum of five years’ experience in sales and management in the Food industry.

Degree in business or a related field is desired.

Additional Requirements

Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically, NetSuite Oracle.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
