Minimum Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 driving licence.
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Reliable, responsible and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work safely and manage multi-drop deliveries.

Job Description

We are looking for reliable HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers to join our growing team. Newly qualified drivers are welcome, and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver palletised goods on fixed delivery routes, completing approximately 15–20 drops per day.
  • Use an electric pump truck to handle palletised deliveries.
  • Work alongside a dedicated driver’s mate to assist with deliveries and offloading.
  • Collect customer payments where required.
  • Complete delivery notes, invoices and other delivery-related administration using a company-provided tablet.
  • Follow delivery procedures and maintain safe working practices.

Training & Support

  • Two weeks of on-the-job training alongside an experienced driver.
  • An experienced driver will guide and support you throughout the training period.
  • Full training will be provided to help you understand the delivery process and company procedures.
  • All vehicles are automatic.

Education/Experience

Newly qualified drivers are welcome!

No previous UK driving experience is required. We provide the training, equipment and support you need to perform the role confidently.

Additional Requirements

  • Good knowledge of local routes, road networks, and traffic regulations.
  • Strong time management and punctuality skills.
  • Ability to follow road safety standards and maintain the vehicle in good working condition.
