Ahmed Recipe Achar Ghost comes as a case of 12 sachets, each holding 45g of a punchy, pickle inspired masala. Built around the sour, spicy character of South Asian achar, the blend transforms meat into a curry that is tangy, warming and full of aroma.
Follow the pack method, browning meat before stirring in the masala and letting it simmer until tender. Balance the tang with a little oil or yoghurt to taste and serve with rice or flatbreads.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal or transfer any unused mix to an airtight container.
