Cooking from frozen: Grill, griddle or oven cook from frozen, turning for an even char, until the meat is piping hot throughout and cooked through. Rest briefly before serving.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until needed and cook from frozen for best shape. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Food safety: Ensure the kebabs are thoroughly cooked with no pink remaining and hot all the way to the centre.
