Cooking from frozen: Place straight onto a hot tawa or dry pan and cook from frozen, turning a few times until both sides are golden and the paratha is hot right through. Brush with a little oil or ghee if you like a richer finish. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Keep frozen at minus 18C and follow the use by guidance on the pack.
