Cooking from frozen: Cook from frozen on a hot tawa or dry frying pan. Place the frozen paratha in the pan and turn every so often until each side is golden and the layers separate and puff. A little oil or ghee gives a richer finish. No defrosting required.
Keep frozen at minus 18C. Once cooked, serve warm and do not refreeze thawed parathas.
