This Crown Vegetable Samosa case is packed as 20 pieces per packet across 15 packets, so you get 300 samosas to work through. Each one folds a spiced vegetable filling into a crisp wheat pastry shell, ready to fry or bake from frozen. The multi packet format lets you open only what a shift needs and leave the rest sealed in the freezer.
Cooking from frozen: Deep fry at around 175C for four to six minutes until golden, or bake in a preheated oven until crisp and hot in the middle. Cook in batches so the oil stays hot and the pastry crisps evenly. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Keep frozen at minus 18C. Reseal or keep opened packets covered and use in line with the pack guidance.
