DM Lamb Sausages are supplied as a case of 10 packets, each containing 12 sausages, so you receive 120 sausages in every case. DM is a South Asian food brand, and the lamb version brings a deeper, more robust flavour than the beef or chicken lines. They work hard on a grill station and sit just as happily in a family frying pan on a cold morning.
Cooking: Cook from frozen or fully thawed. Grill, fry, bake or griddle, turning regularly, until the sausages are piping hot in the middle and cooked through with no pink meat remaining.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until needed. Once defrosted, keep chilled, use promptly and do not refreeze.
Food safety: Make sure the centre is steaming hot before serving, and always wash hands and surfaces after handling raw meat.
