East End Curry Powder Hot – 6x1kg

Description

E.E. Curry Powder Hot: a bold, fiery blend built for curries with real backbone.

East End Foods present their hot curry powder in a catering case. The format 6×1 kg means six 1kg bags of ground spice blend inside one outer box, so a busy operation can keep cooking through service while spare bags stay sealed. This is the punchier option, carrying noticeable heat alongside its warm spice, made for menus and customers that want a genuine kick.

Key Features

• Six 1kg bags per case, right for takeaways, restaurants and caterers cooking spicy curries in volume
• A hot blend with proper depth, not just heat for its own sake
• Ready ground for fast, consistent seasoning across a service
• Reliable strength batch to batch to keep signature dishes on point
• From East End Foods, a long standing UK spice supplier

Cooking and Uses: Bloom a spoonful in hot oil with onions, garlic and ginger, then build a sauce with tomatoes, stock or cream to balance the heat. It suits robust meat curries, jalfrezi and madras style dishes, spicy lentils and marinades. Temper with yoghurt, coconut or a little sugar to soften the fire.

Storage

Keep in a cool, dry store away from light and moisture, and reseal or decant into an airtight tub to protect the blend.
