East End Curry Powder Mild – 6x1kg

Description

E.E. Curry Powder Mild: a gentle all rounder for everyday curries and big batch cooking.

East End Foods offer their mild curry powder here in a catering case. The format 6×1 kg means six 1kg bags of ground spice blend inside one outer box, so a busy kitchen has plenty in reserve while opened bags stay sealed. The mild strength keeps the warmth approachable, a safe base for family menus and anywhere a broad range of palates needs feeding.

Key Features

• Six 1kg bags per case, ideal for restaurants, takeaways, canteens and caterers cooking curry in volume
• Mild heat that builds flavour rather than fire, easy to lift with fresh chilli
• Ready ground, saving prep time over grinding whole spices to order
• Consistent seasoning batch to batch, keeping a signature dish reliable
• From East End Foods, a long established UK South Asian spice specialist

Cooking and Uses: Fry a spoonful in hot oil with onions, garlic and ginger to bloom the aromatics, then build a sauce with tomatoes, stock or coconut milk. It works in chicken and vegetable curries, lentil dahls, rice, soups and marinades.

Storage
