EEF Amritsari Sakkar 12 x 1kg is a traditional unrefined cane sugar, a jaggery in the style of Amritsar, packed by East End Foods into twelve generous 1kg units per case. Unrefined and full flavoured, it carries the deeper, rounded sweetness that sets jaggery apart from ordinary white sugar.
Melt into hot milk and drinks, use in traditional sweets, pinni and laddoo, or stir into porridge, doughs and desserts wherever a deep, natural sweetness is wanted. It can also sweeten sauces and chutneys.
