Fudco Cinnamon Quills are whole sticks of rolled cinnamon bark with a warm, sweet and gently woody flavour. Each case contains ten 300g packs, a practical format for kitchens using cinnamon across sweet and savoury dishes. Whole quills infuse slowly and evenly, making them ideal for long cooked dishes and warming drinks.
Add whole quills to rice, biryani, curries and stocks, then lift out before serving. Infuse into chai, mulled drinks and syrups, or grind for cakes, pastries and garam masala. A single quill can flavour a large pot.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the pack sealed between uses to preserve the aroma.
