This cardamom essence is a concentrated flavouring designed to be used a few drops at a time. The case holds twelve 28ml bottles, a handy supply for bakers, confectioners and home cooks.
Add a few drops to kheer, sweets, rice puddings, tea, lassi and baking. Start small and adjust to taste, as the flavour is concentrated.
Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within the period stated on the packaging once opened.
