Peri peri, also written as piri piri, is a chilli based seasoning loved for its bold heat and tangy, savoury depth. The 10x300g format means ten individual 300g packs, giving three kilograms in total, with each larger pack suited to kitchens that get through plenty of seasoning.
Rub generously over chicken thighs, wings or breast with a little oil before grilling, roasting or air frying. Toss it through chips or wedges straight from the fryer, or sprinkle over roasted vegetables and halloumi. It also works stirred into mayonnaise or yoghurt for a quick peri peri dip. Add gradually and taste as you go, since heat levels differ between blends.
