Serving and cooking: Rinse the seeds well to remove any natural bitterness, then simmer in roughly two parts water to one part quinoa for about fifteen minutes until the little spirals appear and the water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve warm, or cool for salads. Fold through herbs, dressings, roasted vegetables or beans.
