Dry roast or shallow fry for eight to ten minutes until the skins loosen, then rub off if a cleaner look is wanted. Use in poha, upma, chutneys, chikki and masala peanut snacks, or boil for a soft texture. Grind into satay and peanut sauces.
Keep cool, dry and sealed. Peanuts pick up moisture easily, so close the pack well after use.
