KTC Chick Peas is a catering case of six large tins, each 2.55kg, of tender chickpeas already cooked and packed in water. They take the soaking and boiling out of the equation, so you can drain, rinse and cook without the wait.
Drain and rinse, then simmer into chana masala and chickpea curry, blend into hummus, toss through salads and grain bowls, or add to soups, stews and tagines.
Store unopened tins in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer any unused chickpeas to a covered container, keep refrigerated and use within a couple of days.
