KTC Mango Pulp Kesar is a catering case of six tins, each 850g, of thick, smooth mango puree made from the Kesar variety. Kesar mango is loved for its saffron tinged colour and rich, honeyed flavour, and this ready made pulp saves you peeling and blending fresh fruit.
Blend with yoghurt and milk for mango lassi, fold into whipped cream for mango mousse, churn into ice cream or kulfi, or use to flavour cheesecakes, cakes and mango barfi.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer any unused pulp to a covered container, keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
