SureCrisp is McCain's coated fry designed to hold its crunch well after cooking, even when food is boxed up for delivery. The 9.5mm thin cut gives a lighter, quicker cooking chip, and the case holds four bags at 2.27kg each, so it is aimed at kitchens getting through real volume. Skin on for extra character, these fries suit chip shops, takeaways and busy pub kitchens, and the same qualities make them a treat at home when you want fries that do not go soft in minutes.
Cooking from frozen: cook straight from frozen. Fry at around 175C for roughly 3 minutes until golden, or follow the oven guidance on the pack. Do not thaw before cooking.
keep frozen at minus 18C. Cook from frozen and do not refreeze once defrosted.
