Mix into yoghurt with a little oil and lemon to make a marinade, then coat your chosen ingredient and leave to rest before grilling, roasting or barbecuing. Use as a dry rub if you prefer.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Reseal or decant into an airtight container after opening.
