Monsalwa Frozen Okra Cut brings ready prepared bhindi to your freezer, with twelve 340g bags in every case. Also known as ladies fingers, the pods come washed, topped and sliced, so you can drop them straight into the pan and skip the prep. The case format of 12 x 340g suits both home cooks and kitchens.
Cooking from frozen: Add straight from frozen to curries, stir fries or a bhindi sabzi and cook until tender. There is no need to thaw first, which also helps keep the okra from turning sticky.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until you are ready to cook. Refer to the pack for the best before date and any cooking guidance.
