This is a bulk case of jumbo Punjabi style samosas from Monsalwa, made up of 10 packets with 12 pieces in each and around 1080g per packet. Jumbo means these are a generous, filling size, wrapped in a folded wheat pastry that crisps up nicely from frozen.
Cooking: Cook from frozen. Deep fry at around 170C until the pastry is golden and crisp and the filling is piping hot throughout, or oven bake to the pack timings. Make sure the centre is thoroughly hot before serving.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until you cook. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
