Each plain paratha cooks from frozen, so you get that fresh, layered texture with none of the rolling and folding.
Cooking from frozen: Place straight onto a hot tawa or dry pan and cook from frozen, turning until golden and the layers open up and crisp. Press gently and add a little oil or ghee for extra flakiness. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Keep frozen at minus 18C and follow the use by guidance on the pack.
Food safety: Serve hot, making sure each paratha is heated all the way through.
