Cooking from frozen: Lay a paratha onto a hot tawa or dry frying pan over a medium heat. Cook on each side, adding a touch of oil or ghee, until the layers are golden and piping hot right through. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until needed.
