This is a case of twelve sachets, each holding 40g of National Fish Masala. Every sachet holds one measure of the ground recipe blend for fish curry and spiced fried fish, making this pack a practical choice for caterers, shops and anyone who cooks the dish often. Buy the case, store the sachets and reach for one whenever the craving strikes.
Rub the masala over fish fillets or steaks before frying or grilling, or stir it into an onion and tomato base and simmer your fish gently until just cooked. Take care not to overcook, as fish needs only a short time. A squeeze of lemon lifts the finished dish.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the contents sealed and use within a reasonable time for the best flavour.
