This 45g sachet from Ahmed Foods holds the ground spices used to season traditional seekh kebabs. Each single retail pack is portioned for a batch of minced meat, so you can shape and grill kebabs with a savoury, aromatic backbone.
Mix the masala through minced meat, shape onto skewers or into patties, then grill, barbecue or pan fry until cooked through. Follow the pack for quantities and cooking guidance.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal or move to an airtight container once opened.
