Bring a taste of the grill house to your kitchen with a retail pack of eight adana kebabs. These are spiced minced meat kebabs, shaped and frozen so you can cook as many or as few as you like for dinner.
Cooking from frozen: Grill, barbecue or pan cook from frozen, turning now and then, until the kebabs are piping hot in the middle and fully cooked with no pink meat. Let them rest for a minute before serving.
Store frozen at minus 18C. Cook from frozen rather than thawing to help the kebabs hold their shape. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
