The Crown Chicken Samosa gives you 20 ready to cook pastry snacks in one retail pack. Inside each folded wheat pastry triangle sits a seasoned minced chicken filling, so all the shaping and spicing is already done for you. Pull out as many as you need and keep the rest frozen for another day.
Cooking from frozen: Deep fry at around 175C for four to six minutes until golden and crisp, or bake in a preheated oven until the pastry is crisp and the filling is piping hot throughout. Turn once for an even colour. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until you are ready to cook. Follow the use by guidance on the pack.
Food safety: Chicken must be cooked thoroughly. Make sure the core reaches at least 75C and the samosas are steaming hot before serving.
