Cooking from frozen: Oven bake or air fry from frozen until golden and piping hot all the way through. Chicken should reach a core temperature of 75C. Turn halfway for an even finish.
Keep frozen at minus 18C and reseal the bag after each use. Do not refreeze once thawed.
