Cooking from frozen: Oven cook or pan fry from frozen until the fillets are piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. Chicken should reach a core temperature of 75C. Turn once or twice for even colour.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until you are ready to cook. Once cooked, do not refreeze.
