This Crown pack holds 15 seekh kebabs made from spiced minced meat, packed to a net weight of 1kg. Each one is rolled into the classic long seekh shape and seasoned with a warming blend, so all the shaping and mixing is already done for you. Keep a pack in the freezer and you have a fast route to kebab wraps, rice plates, salads and mixed grills without any prep.
Cooking from frozen: Cook from frozen until piping hot all the way through and no pink meat remains. Grill, pan fry or oven cook, turning regularly for an even colour. As appliances vary, use the packaging as your guide and check the centre is thoroughly cooked before serving.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until you are ready to cook. Do not refreeze once thawed.
