This Crown retail pack holds 15 special chicken kebabs, made from seasoned minced chicken with a more robust spicing than the milder reshmi. They cook from frozen and slot into wraps, rice plates and grill spreads with very little effort on your part. A good pick when you want a kebab with a bit more character.
Cooking from frozen: Cook from frozen on a grill, in a pan, in the oven or in an air fryer, turning regularly for an even colour. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Keep frozen at minus 18C and follow the use by guidance on the pack.
Food safety: Chicken must be cooked thoroughly. Make sure the core reaches at least 75C and the kebabs are piping hot with no pink meat before serving.
