The Crown Vegetable Samosa retail pack holds 20 pastry triangles, each filled with a spiced vegetable mix and sealed in a crisp wheat pastry. There is no prep on your side, just cook as many as you fancy from frozen and keep the rest for later. It is an easy way to bring a bit of spice to snack time or a party spread.
Cooking from frozen: Deep fry at around 175C for four to six minutes until golden, or bake in a preheated oven until the pastry is crisp and the filling is hot throughout. Turn once for an even finish. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until you cook them and follow the use by guidance on the pack.
Food safety: Make sure each samosa is piping hot and steaming in the centre before serving.
