Sometimes a recipe calls for whole or freshly sliced garlic rather than a paste, and DM Garlic Clove keeps that option close at hand. These are peeled aromatic garlic cloves in a 400g retail pack, ready to slice, crush or use whole. Because the fiddly peeling is already done, you get the versatility of fresh cloves with far less effort, ideal for curries, roasts, stir fries and slow cooked dishes.
Slice or crush the cloves as your recipe requires, or roast them whole for a mellow, sweet flavour. Add early in cooking for a rounded taste or later for a sharper garlic note.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within the period stated on the pack.
