Garlic is a foundation of countless recipes, and DM Crushed Garlic makes it effortless to add. Supplied as crushed aromatic garlic in a 400g retail pack, it is ready to use straight from the jar, so there is no peeling, crushing or chopping to slow you down. It works as a base for South Asian cooking and many other cuisines, from curries and daals to marinades, dressings and sauces.
Add a spoonful to hot oil at the start of cooking, or stir into marinades, dressings and sauces wherever a recipe calls for fresh garlic. Adjust the amount to suit your taste.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within the period stated on the pack.
