The 100 g size is a single small retail pack, since these kernels are used in modest amounts as a garnish or drink base.
Cooking and Uses: Grind or blend into milk based drinks such as thandai, or sprinkle over sweets, kheer and desserts. Some cooks soak them first to soften. Use in small quantities as they are rich.
Keep in a cool dry place in a sealed container, as seed kernels can turn rancid if left open. Use within the pack date.
