Cooking and Uses: Toast in a little ghee then stir in warm milk or water and sugar for halwa, or use it to add lightness to cakes and a fine crust to fried snacks. It thickens sauces neatly too.
Keep in a cool, dry cupboard. Reseal or decant into an airtight tub once opened to keep moisture out.
