Stir into tea, coffee, warm milk and lassi to sweeten, add to kheer and other desserts, or serve a few crystals after a meal to freshen the palate. Use in place of granulated sugar where a slower dissolving rock sugar suits the dish.
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the pack sealed to stop the crystals absorbing damp.
