Cooking and Uses: Flatten or butterfly for quick even cooking, then grill or pan fry for salads, wraps and burgers. Dice for curries, stir fries and skewers, or marinate in yoghurt and spices for tandoori style dishes. Always cook until piping hot throughout with no pink meat and the juices running clear, aiming for a core temperature of 75C.

Storage

Keep chilled at 5C or below and use by the date on the pack, or freeze on the day of delivery and use within the recommended period. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking and never refreeze once thawed.
