Frontier Southern Fried Goujons give you a full 1kg of coated chicken strips in one pack. Each goujon is wrapped in a seasoned southern fried style crumb that fries and bakes to a satisfying crunch, while the chicken inside stays tender. Goujons are one of the easiest ways to build a meal, working in wraps, burgers, rice boxes and sharing platters, or simply served with chips and a dip.
Cooking from frozen: Cook from frozen by deep frying or oven baking until the coating is golden and crisp and the chicken is piping hot all the way through with no pink meat. Turn or shake during cooking for even colour. Always check the thickest goujon is fully cooked before serving.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed.
