Stir a few spoonfuls into chilled water or cold milk to taste for a classic sharbat. It also flavours and colours falooda, kulfi, ice cream and milkshakes beautifully. Adjust the amount to suit your sweetness.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the bottle after use and keep the neck clean. Some settling is natural, so shake gently before pouring.
