Scatter into paratha and other flatbread doughs, temper in hot oil at the start of a lentil dish, or add a pinch to savoury pastries and snacks. Toasting the seeds briefly deepens their aroma.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal or decant into an airtight jar to protect the aroma.
