Heera Cooking Salt 3kg, a kitchen staple for seasoning and everyday cooking.

Heera Cooking Salt is a fine cooking salt from a well known South Asian food brand. The 3kg is a single catering or bulk retail pack, giving you plenty for a busy kitchen or a household that cooks often. It is the sort of dependable dry store item you reach for daily, from salting pasta water to seasoning curries and doughs.

Key Features

• Fine grained cooking salt that dissolves quickly into water, sauces and marinades
• Generous 3kg pack suited to caterers, takeaways and bulk buying homes
• Versatile seasoning for everyday dishes across many cuisines
• Keeps well in an airtight tub so it stays free flowing
• Trusted Heera brand, familiar on South Asian grocery shelves

Cooking and Uses: Use it as you would any everyday cooking salt. Add a pinch to boiling water for rice, pasta and vegetables, season meat and fish before cooking, and balance the flavour of curries, soups and stews. It also works in bread and roti doughs. Season gradually and taste as you go.

Storage

Keep in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container to stop it clumping and to keep it pouring freely.
