Heera Spicy Fish Masala Mix takes the effort out of seasoning seafood, combining carefully balanced spices in a 100g pack. It is designed to bring warm, savoury, gently fiery flavour to fish and prawns, whether you are pan frying fillets, grilling whole fish or simmering a quick curry. This is a seasoning blend and does not necessarily contain fish itself.
Coat fish fillets, prawns or whole fish with the masala, alone or mixed with a little oil, yoghurt or lemon juice. Rest briefly, then fry, grill, bake or add to a simmering curry base. Adjust the amount to suit your taste.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after use to keep the contents fresh.
