Stir into yoghurt and milk for mango lassi, fold through cream for kulfi and mousse, or use as a topping for cheesecakes, pancakes and ice cream. It also works well in smoothies, cocktails and mango flavoured bakes.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer any unused pulp to a sealed container, keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
