Pulao relies on a well flavoured cooking liquid to give the rice its aroma and taste, and Maizona Pulao Cubes are blended with that job in mind. These are seasoned bouillon cubes in a single retail pack, ready to dissolve into the water your rice cooks in. They lend a savoury, gently spiced character to pulao, and can also add depth to other rice dishes and light broths.
Dissolve a cube into the water or stock used to cook your rice, then add the rice and cook as usual. Because the cubes contain salt, adjust any other seasoning to suit. Always follow the guidance on the pack.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the pack sealed when not in use.
