This product is made by MDH, short for Mahashian Di Hatti, a spice company founded in Delhi in 1919. How do I make pani puri water with it? Stir the masala into chilled water with tamarind and fresh mint or coriander, then adjust to taste. Is it very hot? It leans tangy and refreshing with mild to moderate heat, rather than being intensely spicy. Can I use it in other snacks? Yes. It also works as a tangy seasoning for chaat and similar dishes.
