The Monsalwa Royal Family Paratha is a traditional South Asian layered flatbread, folded so it puffs into soft, buttery sheets on the pan. This is the 1440g retail pack, sized for the home freezer, so a warm, flaky paratha is only a few minutes away whenever you fancy one.
Cooking from frozen: Place a paratha onto a hot tawa or dry frying pan over a medium heat. Turn now and then, brushing with a little oil or ghee, until golden and cooked through with piping hot layers. Do not refreeze once thawed.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until you are ready to cook.
