Cooking: Cook from frozen. Place a paratha on a hot, dry pan or griddle over a medium heat and cook each side until golden brown, puffed and heated right through. There is no need to defrost first. Do not deep fry.
Keep frozen at minus 18C until you cook. Return the rest of the pack to the freezer promptly and cook parathas straight from frozen as you need them.
