This is a single retail sachet holding 47g of National Karahi Gosht, enough ground recipe blend to season one homemade batch of karahi gosht, the tomato rich wok cooked meat dish. The spices are already measured and balanced, so you can go straight from packet to pan without weighing out a cupboard of jars.
Fry your meat with oil, tomatoes, ginger and green chilli, then stir in this masala and cook over a brisk heat until the meat is tender and the sauce clings. A karahi or a heavy wok gives the best result. Finish with fresh coriander.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep the contents sealed and use within a reasonable time for the best flavour.
